This policy applies to the website www.pont-tarin.ch and to the exchanges we have with you in the course of our business.
1. Data controller

2. Data collected
- Contact (form, email or phone): last name, first name, job title, email, phone, name and address of the establishment, message.
- Business exchanges: contact details of the establishments and producers we work with, history of our exchanges.
- Browsing: IP address, browser, pages viewed, cookies (point 8).
3. Purposes
Responding to your requests; presenting the producers we represent and putting you in touch with them; organising tastings and meetings; following up the business relationship; complying with our legal obligations. We make no automated individual decisions.
4. Recipients
We never sell your data. It may be disclosed:
- to the producers we represent, when you wish to be put in touch with them or place an order. Each producer then processes your data under its own responsibility for sale and delivery;
- to our technical service providers, who act on our behalf: Infomaniak (website hosting and email, in Switzerland) and Odoo (customer relationship management);
- to the authorities, where the law requires it.
5. Transfers abroad
The site and email are hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak. Customer management data is hosted by Odoo in the European Union, which the Federal Council recognises as providing adequate protection.
6. Retention period
- Requests with no follow-up: 2 years after the last exchange.
- Business relationships: the duration of the relationship, then 2 years.
- Accounting documents (invoices, contracts): 10 years (art. 958f CO).
7. Your rights
You may request access to your data, its rectification, its erasure (unless there is a legal retention obligation), object to its processing, in particular for prospecting purposes, and request that it be provided in a common format.
Write to contact@pont-tarin.ch; we normally reply within 30 days. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), www.edoeb.admin.ch.
8. Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the operation of the site. Any non-necessary cookies, for example audience measurement, are only placed with your consent, via the cookie banner displayed on your first visit. You can change your choices at any time via this banner or your browser settings.
9. Security
We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures (encrypted HTTPS connection, restricted access, recognised service providers). In the event of a breach presenting a high risk, we inform the FDPIC and, where necessary, the persons concerned.
10. Changes
This policy may be amended at any time; the version published on this page prevails.
